By writing this book, and offering the words within as a gift, I intend to honor the Beloved in everyone, and the Ultimate Beloved through analogy, synergy, reading, research, life experience, yoga, meditation, and heart centered soul work.
All is consciousness. Everything on this planet, in this planet and in the Universe is consciousness, including Gaia herself. The initiative, the divine plan is to awaken to that consciousness, awaken to the I AM, the knowing within.
We are all a work in progress. I offer these words as a soul being working on the betterment of my soul, and offer this gift to help us all on our journey.
My intention and hope is that by reading this text, sitting with it, going within, doing research, and finding what resonates with you, that you will join me on this journey designed to begin our examination of life, and finally, come to know who we really are in the Universe.
I am also sharing with you how I practice the concepts that I speak of in the book. After each chapter, there is a practical exercise that I use to help me live the concepts, overcome obstacles, and help me to continue on my journey. Now, keep in mind these practical exercises work for me. They may not work for you. However, try them, make adjustments if necessary, and come up with what works for you.
My intent is that we use this book as a guide or reference book useful for examining life. Read a chapter and put it down. Contemplate the messages in each chapter, and when you are able to master the practical exercise, move on to the next chapter.
From challenges, you gain wisdom. From wisdom, you gain creativity. However, creativity can also be born out of love. This book represents for me creativity born out of challenges, wisdom, and love. Enjoy it.
